Club Coaching Principals

To ensure a safe and healthy environment for players, coaches and parents, coaches are requested to provide background checks as outlined by the OSA. 

Coaches are required to be certified Senior Level Coaches before registering a team.

Coaching is centered on the principal of player development first and winning second.

Each team is entered into 3 tournaments plus the Bluewater Earlybird Tournament and highly encouraged to participate in Ontario Cup.
